SHANGHAI, July 17, 2025 – ZEISS Group recently announced that Martin Fischer will officially take on the role of President and CEO of ZEISS Greater China, effective from October 1, 2025, reporting directly to Andreas Pecher, President and CEO of the ZEISS Group. Martin Fischer succeeds Maximilian Foerst, who joined the Executive Board of the ZEISS Group as the President and CEO of Carl Zeiss Meditec AG on June 1, 2025. ZEISS Greater China manages all business activities in China’s mainland, Hong Kong SAR, and Taiwan Region.
