New CIO to lead digital transformation and technology innovation across global operations
ATLANTA, November 6, 2025 – Impact Climate Technologies (ICT) has announced the appointment of Bob Toupin as its new Chief Information Officer (CIO), effective November 1, 2025. In this role, Toupin will oversee ICT’s global information technology strategy, digital infrastructure, and enterprise systems modernization to drive operational excellence and business growth.
Toupin joins ICT’s executive leadership team and will play a pivotal role in advancing the company’s digital transformation initiatives across its climate technology and energy efficiency divisions.
