With over two decades of extensive experience in finance and operations, Hartman has held pivotal roles at leading energy companies such as TTL Subsea, Inc. and Proserv. As the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at TTL Subsea, Hartman spearheaded financial strategies and operational efficiencies. Previously at Proserv, Hartman served as the Global VP of Finance – Subsea Controls, overseeing regional finance, HR, IT, and compliance functions. Hartman has demonstrated expertise in financial planning, strategic human resource management, and ERP system implementation, showcasing a solid track record in driving organizational success and growth.
