“We proudly welcome Thad, a world-class leader, to Livian,” said Jon Boller, president of Livian. “A proven industry trailblazer, his insight and innovative approach will be instrumental in growing our agents’ businesses and accelerating Livian’s expansion.”
As of Sept. 30, Livian has 67 real estate teams in 31 states, comprising more than 790 agents nationwide. In 2023, Livian has closed more than 4,450 transactions, representing $1.6 billion in sales volume.
Before joining Livian, Fisher was vice president of global growth at eXp Realty, leading expansion efforts across more than 20 international markets.
Fisher also served as a vice president of global development at Anywhere Real Estate (formerly Realogy), pivotal in expanding the Corcoran brand beyond New York City. He also served as a senior business advisor at Zillow, one of its first 500 employees.
“I’m thrilled and honored to join Livian, where we are incredibly focused on our mission to partner with the most talented teams in the country, vastly elevating production and optimizing the full spectrum of their businesses,” said Fisher.
“As the revenue leader, the opportunity to drastically impact the state of our industry is a privilege,” said Fisher. “Livian agents are the highest caliber of professionals who will continue to create a momentous shift in customer experiences around the world.”
Livian’s services allow top real estate teams to focus on driving production and agent attraction efforts while it provides the models, tools, systems, and support to run the business. “Love how you live™” is the organization’s brand promise.
“Thad brings a wealth of experience and expertise to propel our organization to new heights,” said Adam Hergenrother, CEO of Livian. “His dedication to understanding the needs of our agents will be a driving force behind our customer-focused initiatives.”
For real estate agents and teams, Livian’s people-first platform offers many services to increase per-agent productivity, including agent-centric and seller-driven marketing services, diversified lead generation levers, automated conversion strategies, human resources and talent acquisition support, fiscal reporting and accounting, and prescriptive training and coaching.
“Since forging a partnership with Livian last October, we’ve experienced a remarkable transformation,” said Austin, Texas-based Bobby Moats of Livian Texas (formerly The Moats Team). “We’ve cut our operational costs in half, thanks to the economies of scale that Livian effortlessly brings.”
“More importantly, we’ve tripled our agent roster, creating a robust team poised to take market share in the shifting market,” said Moats. “Despite the shift, we’ve maintained and amplified our production levels.”
“Despite being Indiana’s No. 1 selling Keller Williams team since 2017, our sales jumped from 265 to 509 units in under two years with Livian,” said Eric Forney, owner of The Forney Group.
