• Inetum has taken another step forward in its drive for inclusion and diversity by signing a partnership with the Elles Bougent association.
• The aim of this collaboration is to encourage young women (schoolgirls, high-school students and university students) to take up careers in science, technology and engineering.

Press Release – Fri, 04/04/2025 – Founded in 2005, Elles Bougent is an association dedicated to promoting gender diversity within companies in the industrial and technology sectors. By joining this initiative, Inetum is reaffirming its commitment to promoting the presence of women in the technology professions, a major challenge for the future of the sector.

This partnership is in line with the initiatives already undertaken by Inetum to promote professional equality:

• The Women@Inetum program, which aims to reduce the gender pay gap and promote women’s careers within the company.
• The mentoring program, designed to support women in their career development within the Group.
• Workshops in Inetum FabLabs to help young girls discover the world of technology, and encourage them to enter the digital world. 

Thanks to this partnership, Inetum and Elles Bougent will be joining forces to organize joint events, particularly in schools. Inetum employees will share their experience and passion for digital professions, to help young people make the right career choices.
