Her experience spans strategic planning and growth, profitability, transformation, and innovation. Recent accomplishments include the growth of Humana’s nationwide dental, vision, and life business from 11M to 14M members and the launch of groundbreaking clinical programs for UnitedHealthcare’s Wisconsin Medicaid, leading to the company’s #1 market share. Ms. Sexton’s expertise includes launching successful growth programs, forming new business partnerships, leading operations to support membership, and surpassing performance targets in the healthcare sector.
